What we are. We run a referral website. We are not a roofing contractor: we don't do roofing work, inspect roofs, write estimates, set prices or sign contracts. When you ask for help, we pass your request to one independent local roofer, who then contacts you directly.

How we are paid. Roofers may pay us for referrals. Homeowners never pay us anything, and we never give homeowners anything of value, such as gift cards, rebates, credits or rewards for sending us a neighbor.

What a referral is not. A referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee. The roofer is a separate business that we neither employ nor control. Iowa has no statewide roofing license, so we make no license claims; ask the roofer for its Iowa contractor registration number and check it at 515-242-5871.

Insurance and storm work. We never offer to pay, waive or rebate a deductible, and we take no part in insurance claims. Under Iowa Code § 103A.71, a roofer can't do those things either: no deductible rebates, and no representing you or negotiating your claim. Your claim stays between you and your insurer.

Your choice. You're free to collect other estimates, hire any roofer you like or hire no one at all. Iowa law governs this disclosure. Effective October 5, 2026.
